You can visit the Site and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the Site, you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you have an account on the Site and log on with your user’s name and password.

Feedback policy

While feedback is intended as an open forum, our guidelines and policies listed below are in place to ensure it's used constructively and fairly.

Buyers aren't allowed to use threats of negative feedback or low detailed seller ratings to get something that wasn't part of the original listings, and sellers can't demand positive feedback from buyers.

Okaypia moneyback guarantee policy

Okaypia money back guarantee covers most transactions on Okaypia. It means buyers can get their money back if an item didn't arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn't match the listing.

Resolving technical issue

Learn how to troubleshoot any technical issues you may experience with our site. Activity that doesn’t follow Okaypia policy could result in a range of actions including administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering a seller's rating, buying or selling restrictions, loss of buyer or seller protections, account suspension, application of fees, and recovery of expenses for policy monitoring and enforcement, for example. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings in which we take any action can't be refunded or otherwise credited.

Customer policy

All types of buyers or consumers are our customers. A customer is a person that buys something from a third party. The main goal of a business is to get a group of customers who buy from them again and again, bringing in money. A customer has the right to purchase any product of his choice at any time by creating an account on our site.

Membership policy

If a member can sell a product on Okaypia, he will receive a commission on the sale. And subsequently his referred customer will get commission on any product purchase. Besides, there are various offers-based commission facilities for members at different times.

Merchant policy

A merchant is a party in the supply chain that makes goods and services available to companies or consumers. The term "vendor" is typically used to describe the entity that is paid for goods provided rather than the manufacturer of the goods itself. However, a vendor can operate as both a supplier (and seller) of goods and a manufacturer. A seller is called a merchant in OKAYPIA's business parlance.

A merchant can sell his products using our site okaypia will take commission from the merchandise sold by the merchant. Merchants must notify us of increases or decreases in the price of their products and must notify us immediately if any products are out of stock. Defective and low-quality products cannot be given to the customer.

Agent policy

Agent is the representative of the company. An agent provides services to the company by representing an area/ police station on behalf of the company. Okaypia's agent will collect the products/packages specified by the company from the company or vendor and deliver them to the customer. A real businessman can work with multiple agencies in the country and outside the country if he wants.

The company is responsible for the sale of all goods held by the agent.

Distributor policy

In business terms, a distributor is a person or company that buys products from a manufacturer or importer and sells them to local agents for a profit, often transporting the products to different locations. The distributor will receive the product/service/package directly from the company and serve it to the agents. Any person in the country or outside the country can do business with distributorship.

In case of Bangladesh, only the dealership will be given at the divisional headquarters. The agents of the entire department will be under its control. Also, may be subject to vendor controls. Later its scope may be increased in the district headquarters.

Online tracking policy

Make it easy for a customer to find the section in which you describe your policy regarding online tracking by app/website.  If a customer wants to know the status of the order after placing the order, he can know the status of the order. First, log in to your customer ID and select My Order to see the status of the order.

Motors bidding policy

Bidding on motor vehicles is non-binding and is slightly different from bidding on other items. When you place a bid in this category, you're consenting to sharing your contact details with the seller, who can get in touch with you directly to discuss the sale.

As an okaypia Motors seller, you're bound by the terms of our user policy notice to regarding the use of personal information you receive from okaypia and can only use a bidder's information to contact them about the vehicle they bid on, or similar vehicles you have available for sale.
