AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Availability and pricing of all items are subject to availability. okaypia.com will inform you as soon as possible, if the product(s) and services you have ordered are not available. If not, then the Customer Care will offer similar alternatives. As part of visiting and/or purchasing anything from okaypia.com, you warrant to agree to understand that due to the nature of the business, availability may change even after an order has been placed. In an event where the product is no longer available, the Customer Care will offer alternatives or the option to cancel your order wholly.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from okaypia are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

okaypia tries to be as accurate as possible. However, okaypia does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of any Services are accurate complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product provided by Okaypia itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

"List Price" means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on okaypia and other retailers. Certain products may have a "Was Price" displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on okaypia.

With respect to items sold by okaypia, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by okaypia is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

If You share or allow others to have access to Your account on the Platform (“Account”), by creating separate profiles under Your Account, or otherwise, they will be able to view and access Your Account information. You shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under Your Account, and any consequences therefrom.
